Waple Hinds, of Gilkes Road, St. Lucy, entered peacefully into rest at age 87.

Daughter of the late Genetha Richards and Nathaniel Armsttrong.

Mother of Edwin Austin, Catheann Moore, Junior, Hazel, Suezette, Terrance and Pamela Hinds.

Grandmother of Jason, Renaldo, Akelia, D’sean, Lonnia, Jade, Zakyrie and 11 others.

Sister of Sheila Hinds.

Mother-in-law of Cicely Austin and Michael Moore.

Relative of the Hinds, Ward and Armstrong families.

Friend of Jean Corbin, Donald Griffith, Glovene Armstrong, June Roach and many others.

The funeral of the late Waple Hinds leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Friday, April 21st, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. for St. Lucy’s Parish Church, Near Nestfield, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:30 p.m.

The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, to reflect the memories of Waple Hinds from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 1:00 p.m on Friday.
