Vashti Marvena Bailey, age 67, also known as “Sista” of Rock Hall, St. Andrew entered peacefully into rest on Sunday, June 6th, 2021.  Devoted member of Rock Hall New Testament Church of God.

Beloved Wife of Frank Bailey.  Daughter of the late Ruby Harris.  Mother of Stephen, Marlon, Angie and Mario Bailey.  Grandmother of Abigail,Sarah-Lyn, Joanna, Javoni and Jamario Bailey.  Sister of Monica Waterman and Rev. Maria Gibson.  Aunt of Marsha, Monique, Kelvin and Darren.  Mother-in-law of Angela, Lesa and Orel Bailey.  Sister-in-law of Earl Gibson and Oswald Waterman.  Relative of the Alleyne, Best, Cumberbatch, Harris and Straker families. Friend of Dorial, Merla, Members of the Rock Hall New Testament Church of God and many others.

The funeral of the late Vashti Marvena Bailey leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, June 19th at 12 noon for Christ is the Answer Family Church, Little Battaley’s, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 2:00 p.m.  The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment.  Live streaming can be viewed via the link https://inlovingmemory.online/VashtiBailey .

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Vashti Marvena Bailey from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 11:30 a.m. on Saturday
