Samuel Ian Sparrock, of Rock Dundo, St. James formerly Hindsbury Road, St. Michael, entered peacefully into rest at age 68. Retired Prison Officer 1Sergeant.

Husband of Kaleen Worrell-Sparrock (Ministry of Public Service).

Son of the late Darnley and Ruby Sparrock.

Father of Samantha Sparrock (UWI), Kristin Sparrock (Customs and Excise Department) Janelle Sparrock-

Nembhard (Environmental Protection Department ) and Travis Jacobs.

Grandfather of Joshua and Johnathan Jacobs, Nathan and Alyssa Nembhard.

Brother of Michael Sparrock (Boston USA) and Ruth Sparrock (TMR), Enid Sparrock (staff nurse, St. Michael

District Hospital) and the late Tyrone Sparrock (California USA).

Uncle of Adrian, Ryan and Andrea Sparrock.

Father-in-law of Karl Nembhard (Innogen Technologies).

Son-in-law of the late Rupert and Matilda Worrell.

Brother-in-law of Myrna, Elwyn, Valice, Racquel,and Horris Worrell , Percy King, Sonia and Miranda Sparrock (both of the USA) and the late Grattan

Worrell.

Uncle-in-law of Steve King.

The funeral of the late Samuel Ian Sparrock leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, September 9th, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. for St. Peter’s Parish Church, Orange Street, Speightstown, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m.

The funeral will then proceed to Casuarina Lawns, Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens for the interment.

The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.

Tributes commence at 9:30 a.m.
