Owen St. Elmo Cumberbatch, affectionately known as “Bird” of 221 Emerald Park West, Six Roads, St. Philip entered peacefully into rest at age 43. Business Owner of Bird’s Wrecker Service & OSC Enterprises. Member of Barbados Rally Club, Barbados Motoring Club, Bushy Park Club, Project Boys, Dinosaurs and Progressive Bikers.

Companion of Tricia Chase.

Son of Ethel and St. Elmo Cumberbatch.

Father of Kheyara, Oralee and Kaniel.

Step-father of Tyler and Tiffani.   

Brother of Samuel, Grace-Ann, Sophia, Kevin, Kenny, Karen, Devon, Fabian, Nolan, Corey and Caleb.

Nephew of Jennifer, Cheryl, Elsie, Etheline, Diana, Arletta, Jacqueline, Violet, Angelette, Clarance, Wilfred,

Vaden, Erskine, Franklyn and Don.

The funeral of the late Owen St. Elmo Cumberbatch leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Monday, 13th February 2023 at12:00 noon for The Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 2:00 p.m.

Tributes begin at 1:30 p.m.

The interment will follow immediately after to Flamboyant Lawns, Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the burial.

By special request the colours Blue, Pink, Orange and White may be worn.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael to reflect the memories of Owen St. Elmo Cumberbatch from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, 12th February 2023.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
