Marva Veronica Harris, affectionately known as “Auntie” of Jordans, St. George, formerly of Deacons Farm, St. Michael entered peacefully into rest on June 23rd, 2020.

Wife of the late Horace Harris. 

Daughter of the late Muriel Lashley and Harold Beckett.

Beloved Mother of Jennifer (Massey United), Michael (Hatts Freighting), Pauline (Sagicor), Richard (U.S.A.) and Joeann Harris (Good Shepherd Primary School).

Step-Mother of Raymond Wiggins and Zena Harris.

Grandmother of  Jerrard and Donisha Harris and Kyle Williams.

Sister of Desmond Lashley (MTW), David Lashley, Beaulah Chambers (New York Department of Corrections, U.S.A), Cecil Lashley and Annette Beckett.

Aunt of Neketa, Tracey and Omari Lashley, Janae, Tionne and Tiara Allamby.

Great Aunt of Amal, Renaz, Diamond-Kelis, Trishtan, Tyi and Zion Lashley.

The funeral of the late Marva Veronica Harris leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, July 9th at 8:00 a.m. for Black Rock Seventh Day Adventist Church, Ellerslie Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m.  The cortege will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment.   

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
