Laura Christine Greaves nee Bowen, age 71 of Yearwood’s Road, Mount Standfast, St. James formerly of Niles Road, Farm Road, St. Peter.  Former Employee of Inn On The Beach, St. James Secondary School and Maddox Guest House.

Wife of Earl Greaves. 

Daughter of the late Ianthe Bowen nee Worrell and Carson Rawlins.

Mother of Peter Bowen (Fashion Design), Jeremy Bowen (Office Green), Olivia Holder (The Sandpiper) and Oona Bowen.

Stepmother of Martin Richards

Adopted Mother of Mark and Ricardo Hunte

Grandmother of Dario Reed, Alesha, Jennai and Reshai Bowen, Mya, Bryan and Jaheem Skeete, Myesha and Mekyle Griffith and the late Renaldo Foster. 

Great Grandmother of Shakalyla Foster, Kerriesha Skeete and Reniyha Medford.  

Sister of Sylvia Worrell (Port St. Charles), the late Eric Worrell and Cecil Bowen.

The funeral of the late Laura Christine Greaves nee Bowen leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, February 6th at 8:00 a.m. for The Garden Community Church of God, Reid Road, The Garden, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m.  The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment.  

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Laura Christine Greaves nee Bowen from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday. 

All COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
