Keith Lionel Ward, also known as “Muffin” ofUpper Spooner’s Hill, St. Michael entered peacefully into rest on February 12^th, 2023 at age 76.  Retired Leading Fire Officer #193 and founding member of The Barbados Association of Retired Fire Officers.

Husband of Irene Williams-Ward.

Father of Wynella Farum, Catherine Smith, Sonia Whittaker-Williams, Bernard Whittaker, Sean Coombs and Roz’ Marie Ward-Waterman.

Grandfather of Shaquon, Shaquille, Shakir, Shakai, Bernard, Britney, Kamal, Rashawn, Raymond, Richard, Michael and Alex.

Great-grandfather of five.  

Brother of Eleanor Murray, Yvonne, Ivan, Ralph, Adrian and Andrew Ward, Margaret Springer and Rodney Clarke.

Father-in-law of Andreson Smith, Desmond Williams, Adrian Waterman and Vincent Farnum.

Uncle of Sandra, Winston, Juan, Ricky, Dave and Kembly Ward, Janice Thompson, Wendy Alleyne and many others.

Relative ofthe Ward, Lewis, Lynch and Foster families.

Friend of Melvin Williams, Peter Walcott, Lionel Devonish, members of BARFO and many others.

The funeral of the late Keith Lionel Ward leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday March 4^th, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. for Abundant Life Assembly, Haynes Hill, Bank Hall, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 2:00 p.m.

The funeral will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment. 

Relatives and friends can visit Arch Hall Fire Station, Arch Hall, St. Thomas from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Rose of Sharon Pentecostal Church, White Hall, St. Andrew from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday to reflect the memories of  Keith Lionel Ward.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Military Honours will be accorded.
