Husband of Valda Hurley. 

Son of the late Sydia and Arthur Hurley.

Stepfather of Adrian Cozier.

Brother of Margot Hurley-Connell and the late Lewton Hurley and Sheila Standford. 

Uncle of Judy, Charles and Beverley Standford, Sonji Jordan, Sharleen Mann, Patrina Jordan, Dwayne and Shad Hurley and Cherlyann Vaughn.

Great-Uncle of Raheem Skinner and many others.

Nephew of Dorothy Bowen.

Cousin of Joyce Bowen and many others.

Brother-in-law of Jennifer Hurley, Raphael and Magaret Cozier.

Relative of the Bowen, Griffith, Boyce and Cozier families.

The funeral of the late Franklin Roosevelt Hurley leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for St. Clements Anglican Church, Lowlands, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:30 p.m.
