Eudene Layne J.P, affectionately known as Lorna of Lodge Road, Christ Church, entered peacefully into rest at age 74.
Well Known Shop Proprietor and Cook, Faithful Member of the Collymore Rock Church of the Nazarene and member of the Senior Friendship Group.
Daughter of the late Norma “Babsie” Layne.
Beloved Mother of Adrian, Anstie and Alicia Layne.
Devoted friend of the late Otho “Rocks” Hewitt.
Cherished Stepmother of Margaret Williams-Kellman, Roderick Griffith and Angela Downes.
Amazing Grandmother of Nicolas, Jordan and Johann Layne, Alexis Adams and Katrina Griffith.
Treasured Sister of Hyacinth, Cameron, Glyne, Harrington and Gershon Layne, Petraline Gittens, Karen Edwards, Grantley Layne and Laura Layne-Chase (both of the U.S.A).

The funeral of the late Eudene Layne J.P leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. for Collymore Rock Church of The Nazarene, Collymore Rock, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m.
The funeral will then proceed to Cassia Lawns, Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge Christ Church for the interment.
