Thorne – Eleanor Elaine affectionately known as “Ummy”or “Queen” of Sherbourne, St. John, entered peacefully into rest at age 75.
Wife of Stephen Thorne Snr. Daughter of Enid Nelson and Galvin Humphrey. Mother of Donna, Stephen, Sheldon, and Beth-Anne Thorne. Grandmother of Nicole, Oronde, Sheena, Charlene, Shane, Korel and Kianna. Great-Grandmother of Alycia, Shakaydia, Reisha, Zakyla, Keyari, Malachi, Tyice and Kaelan. Sister of Annette Nelson. Aunt of Korrel and Oronde Nelson (both of the U.K). Sister-in-law of Joan Fredrick, Gloria, Peter Worrell and Family. Relative of the Bryan, Clarke and Nelson families. Friend of Shirmay Lynch, Caroline Sealy and Fay Burnett.
The funeral of the late Eleanor Elaine Thorne leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Wednesday November 9th, 2022 at 1:00p.m. for Mount Tabor Moravian Church, Sherbourne, St.John where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:00p.m.
