David Ivor Bishop, affectionately known as “Suppa”of Checker Hall, St. Lucy and formerly of Cole’s Cave, St. Lucy, entered peacefully into rest at age 51.

Son of Pyhllis Bishop and Cecil Harris.

Father of Destiny Griffith-Best.

Brother of Kareen Bishop-Lee, Melissa Tillery, Shawn Harris, Gregory and Perlianna Bowen (all of the U.S.A), Jacqueline Norville, Cheryl and Laura Bishop.

Nephew of Waple Griffith, Marlene McCarthy and the late Vera Edwards, Ruby Harris, Dennis and Othneil Bishop.

Uncle of  Tillery, Alexandre, Jilani and Shawn the 2nd,  Kuamaril Lee, Benjamin Wasshington, Tiaja, Saeed, Riley and Ronald the 3rd, Harris, Brandon, Brielle and Evan Bowen (all of the U.S.A.), Sadrian and Troy Norville, Melani Bowen and Makeil Bishop.

Cousin of  Kathy Gill, Derrick Griffith, Sophia Edwards ( all of  the U.S.A), Anderson and Lloyd Bishop, Jackie, Jeffrey and Ricardo Goodridge, Ryeburn, Marcia and Maureen Edwards, Kerry Rimple, Roger and Darwin Harris and many others.

Relative of the Bishop, Broomes, Murphy, Harris and Moore families.

The funeral of the late David Ivor Bishop leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. for St. Lucy Parish Church, near Nest Field, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are

asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:30 p.m.

The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.
