Blackman – Andrew Leroy, also known as “Blackie” or “Pretty” of Mount Brevitor Road, St. Peter, entered peacefully into rest on April 30th, 2023 at age 59. Employee of Massy, Warrens.

Loving Husband of Michelle Blackman (Equity Insurance).

Devoted Son of Barbara Blackman.

Father of Simone Ruck and Samantha Crosby.

Stepfather of Torion and Torell Holligan.

Grandfather of Jayden, Jahiem and Milano.

Brother of Caroline Blackman-Jordan (Bubba’s Sports Bar), Donna Blackman (Carlisle Laboratories), Frederick Blackman (FTL Installations), Alincia Springer (Jordans Supermarket, Fitts Village) and Marlene Jordan.

Uncle of Ashron Boyce (Barbados Defence Force) and six others.

Great-Uncle of five.

Son-in-law of Mary Smith.

Brother-in-law of six.

Godfather of Lashara Harris.

Friend of Lesma Hillock, the management and staff of Massy Stores, the BDF family and many others.

The funeral of the late Andrew Leroy Blackman leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. for Mile and A Quarter Seventh Day Adventist Church, Hopeland, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 1:00 p.m.

The funeral will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to

reflect the memories of Andrew Leroy Blackman from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 10:30 a.m. on

Thursday.
