Margaret Veronica Sobers, formerly Warner, of #336, West Terrace Gardens, St. James entered peacefully into rest at age 70 on Tuesday May 21st, 2024.
Retired Accounts Clerk of Cruise Management Ltd (Tall Ships).
Daughter of the late Carnel and Gloria Sobers.
Beloved Mother of Tamara and Theresa Warner.
Grandmother of Teleco Cooke and Teigan Forde.
Sister of Jeffrey, Stephen, Elvis and Nigel Sobers.
Aunt of Lori, Charisse, Brendan, Darexis, Kristen, Ross, Jamal and Mekhi Sobers and Natari Gibbons.
Sister-in-law of Margaret Murray-Sobers and Shirlene Sobers.
Godmother of Chantelle Alleyne.
Friend of Sandra Clarke, Margaret Cumberbatch, Glendora Harvey and Zelma Batson.
Special mention to all her loving caregivers at the Gentlefolks Nursing Home.
The memorial service of the late Margaret Veronica Sobers takes place at the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter on Monday June 3rd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. where relatives and friends are asked to meet to pay their final tributes.
Mourning colours are optional but an element of yellow in memory of Margaret Sobers would be appreciated.
In lieu of floral tributes, a special donation will be collected for the Barbados Alzheimer’s Association.
