Glenis Victorene Murray nee Watson, of Ruby Park, St. Philip and formerly of Hillaby, St. Andrew entered peacefully into rest at age 63.

Former teacher of The Grantley Adams Memorial Secondary School.

Wife of Anderson ‘Bernard’ Murray (Inchcape, Barbados).

Daughter of the late Joshua and Leotta Watson.

Mother of Shane Murray (Chemical Industries Ltd.).

Sister of Cicely King (Retired Principal), Phatricia Forde and Parene Arrington (USA).

Adoptive Sister of Marlene Moses.

Aunt of Kenneth ‘Jerry’ Watson, Dr. Kerry King, Keisha King-Porte & Sean Porte, the late Tamara & Damian Forde, Rev. Paul Jr. and Chantay Williams.

Great Aunt of Sydnie Watson, Aryana Forde, Kinleigh Downie, Kaleah and Mikha Porte, Corinne, Darius, Macaiah and Jadon Williams.

The funeral of the late Glenis Victorene Murray nee Watson leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy on Saturday May 25th, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. for the Western Light Church of the Nazarene, Oxnards, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for a Service of Thanksgiving.

Tributes commence at 9:30 a.m.

The funeral will then proceed to the Frangipani Lawns, Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens for the interment.

The body will repose for viewing at the Ruby Church of the Nazarene, St. Philip to reflect on the memories of Glenis Victorene Murray nee Watson from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.on Friday.

Floral tributes may be delivered to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday or to the Western Light Church of the Nazarene prior to the start of the service.
