William Gordon Archer, better known as Son-Son  or Hinds of 4^th Avenue Green Hill, St. Michael, entered peacefully into rest on 6^th November 2020 at the age of 99 .  Member of The Church of the Resurrection.

Husband of Agnes Archer; Father of Euphiemia Jessamy, Marlene Archer, Betty Brathwaite, Rosetta Yearwood, Amena Browne, Wendy and Richard Archer.; Grandfather of  Susan Archer-Griffith, Stacia Archer-Clarke, Natasha Yearwood, Tonya Browne, Shane and Shanelle Brathwaite, Jamaro Yearwood and Neval Browne; Great-Grandfather of Xavier Browne, Samaro Archer-Clarke and many others;  Brother of Collie Lovell, Daisy Gill and Whitfield Archer (UK) ; Uncle of many; Brother-in-law of Oneta Springer, Joyce White and Sedley Springer (Canada); Father-in-law of Edvada Yearwood, Colvin Brathwaite and Suzette Archer

Relative of the Archer, Hinds, Lovell and Springer families; Friend of the Straker, Burgess, Johnson Families and residents of 4^th Avenue, Green Hill. 

The funeral of the late William Gordon Archer leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Tuesday, 17^th November at 1:00 p.m. for St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Jackman’s, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:00 p.m.  The organist is kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit The Church of Resurrection, Green Hill, St. Michael to reflect the memories of William Gordon Archer from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than  12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
