Stevenson Devere Richards also known as “Sarge” of Upper Carlton, St. James entered peacefully into rest at age 57.

 Son of Myrtle Wilson and the late Oswald Wilson.

Father of Latonya Richards, Nikita Holder and Keiton Browne.

Grandfather of Le’Sean and Breanna Richards, Nileayla Holder and Aja Carrington.

Brother of Janice Richards, Maxine Austin and Sherlinda Wilson (all of the U.S.A.), Sherwin and Juliette Richards, Kareen Wilson, Jerry Wilson and Ricardo Wilson (U.K.).

Nephew of Cardinal Wilson, Sandra, Michael, Rondell, Frank and Mervin Cumberbatch and Celeste Martin, Daniel Vaughn, Ermine Greaves, Jarvis, Anthony, Winfield, Carson, Henderson, Anderson and Val Richards, Carl and Wilma Armstrong, Waverney, Arlette, Jeffrey and Carson Brown.

The funeral of the late Stevenson Devere Richards leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Monday, October 16^th at 11:30 a.m. for Sion Hill New Testament Church of God, Sion Hill, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 1:30 p.m.  The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Stevenson Devere Richards from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
