Shurland Dacosta Cozier of Ellis Road, Checker Hall, St. Lucy entered peacefully into rest at age 77.  A retired window repairman of H. Jason Jones.

Son of the late Rita Cozier (Pickering, St. Lucy).

Father of Wynell Philemon, William Babb and Tamy Cozier-Charles.

Grandfather of 4.

Dear friend and Confidant of Valarie Husbands (U.S.A.).

Father figure of Leroy and Tony Husbands.

Brother of Marcia Cozier.

Uncle of 3.

Cousin of Sylford Small.

Relative of the Cozier families of Pickering, St. Lucy.

Friend of the Broomes family, Vindell Ifill, Hugh “Buzzy” Babb, Noel “Icy” Blackman, Christopher “Flash” Cadogan and many others.

The funeral of the late Shurland Dacosta Cozier leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, March 7th at 7:30 a.m. for St. Lucy Parish Church, Near Nestfield, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the Interment at 9:30 a.m. The organist is kindly asked to attend.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 4:30 p.m on Wednesday.
