On Behalf of the Bermuda Government Dept. of Health I would like to take this opportunity send condolences to the family and may Shirlan rest in peace. We are sorry to hear about his loss of life and we will continue to have the family in prayer. Sorry it was not enough time for a representative to travel in time for the funeral. We received the notice of death very late. Please forgive us and may god continue to bless the family in prayer..
