Carlisle was a founding member of St Clement AYPA, he was a hard worker in and around the church. I remember the Saturdays spent cleaning the church yard with my sisters, Philip Jackman, Frank Boyce and me Barbara Bowen..

May God grant him eternal rest. Sleep on my friend.

My dearest Cousin Carlisle. I have known you almost my whole life. Without you I am sure that we would not have any photographic evidence of our childhood. There is not sufficient thanks that I can say for this. Your transitioning signals the end of some of the most important men in our childhood. Uncle Smiley first, my Dad, now you. In all things God knows best but it is still hard to see you go. You have always had such an amazing and calm nature, but I think that this was taken for granted as well. When I last saw you I did not know it was the last time, but I thank God for your kindness and influence. Sleep well until we all meet again. Love always Deirdre.
