Marjorie Gertrude Morris, also known as “Mama”, Retired Shop Proprietress of Westbury Main Road, St. Michael, entered peacefully into rest at age 89.
Daughter of the late Clara Morris and Joseph Williams.
Mother of Calvin “Barabas” and Ricky Morris and the late Alphonso “Alibac” Morris.
Adopted Mother of Anthony Scott.
Grandmother of Anderson and Nicole Daniel, Natasha, Shawn, Chad, Arnold, Jamar and Randy.
Sister of Yvonne Morris-Edwards, Eileen and Eusteen Morris, Eyre Prescod, Monica Gittens U.K.), Stephanie, Marva, Margaret and Bernadette Williams, the late Daphne Jones, Leonard Prescod and Michael Williams.

The funeral of the late Marjorie Gertrude Morris leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Thursday, April 18th at 12:30 p.m. for St. Leonard’s Anglican Church, Westbury Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 2:30 p.m. The funeral will then proceed to Westbury Cemetery for the interment. The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.
The body of the late Marjorie Gertrude Morris will repose for viewing in the chapel of Lyndhurst Funeral Home, Passage Road, St. Michael from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday.
