Louise Marita Rowe, also known as “Marita” of Egvinalle Nursing Home and formerly Checker Hall, St. Lucy entered peacefully into rest on December 23rd at age 75.  

Mother of Orson (Canada) and Owen Rowe.  Grandmother of Tiffany and Tré Rowe, Tige and Trish Greaves.  Sister of Marva Griffith, Catherine and Yvonne Moore.  Aunt of Anderson, Emerson, Ingrid, Steve, Roger, Rudolph, David, Andrew and Jerry Rowe, Donna, Martin, Austin, Lionel and Wayne Greaves, Denis, Claudette, Vonda and Caroline Watson (U.K.) and many others.  Great Aunt of Ria Edwards, Azarri Rowe and many others.  Mother-in-law of Carol Rowe (Canada).  Relative of the Rowe, Moore, Greaves, Jordan and Yearwood families. Friend of Paula Norville, June Alfred, Beverley Holder (U.S.A.) and the staff of Egvinalle Nursing Home.

The funeral of the late Louise Marita Rowe leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Wednesday, January 6th at 8:00 a.m. for St. Lucy’s Parish Church, Near Nestfield, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Graveside Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 10:00 a.m.  

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. 

All COVID-19 protocols will be in effect with 175 persons allowed to attend the service in the church.  The physical distancing of 3 feet will apply to persons at the graveside.
