Linda Marita Atwell, better known as “Gran”, age 74, of Mount View, St. Lucy entered peacefully into rest on Monday, December 2^nd, 2019.

Daughter of the late Erma Atwell and Alan Collymore.  Mother of Stephanie, Glenroy, Hartley (Ministry of Health), Andrea and Kirk Atwell. Grandmother of Fabian and Keisha Atwell (CDEMA), Jamal Worrell (Woodworks), Kadija Cozier (Sandals Resorts), Kadeem, Jamaine and Jamario Atwell and Rylan Herbert.  Great Grandmother of Keresha Rock and Jakyah Worrell.  Sister of Ernetha Phillips, Marcia Austin, Barbara Hurdle, Aileen, David and Adrian Collymore (all of the U.S.A.).  Niece of Stella Atwell.  Aunt of Allison, Tyrone, Martin, Terry and Lana Atwell, Hazeline Goddard-Ross, Deborah Babb, 2 others and the late Leroy Atwell.  Great Aunt of 15.  Cousin of Eudora Greaves, Waveney Atwell, Philip Boyce and many others.  Mother-in-law of Deborah Boyce.  Sister-in-law of Levi Austin.  Relative of the Babb, Skeete and Collymore families. Friend of Barbara Proverbs, Yvonne Walcott, Mar Baker, Annette Alleyne and many others.

The funeral of the late Linda Marita Atwell leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Wednesday, December 18^th at 1:30 p.m. for St. Lucy’s Parish Church, Near Nestfield, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the Interment at 3:30 p.m.  The organist is kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Linda Marita Atwell from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
