Jocelyn Noreen Jemmott, also known as “Aunt Jay” of Sea View, St. James, entered peacefully into rest at age 80.  Member of the Sea View Christian Mission.

Wife of the late David Jemmott. 

Daughter of the late Alva and Enid Baird.

Mother of Sonia Small, Heather, Mark, Shirnell and Tannisha Jemmott and the late Richard Jemmott.

Grandmother of  Sharifa, Jamal, Akeil, Shakelia, Jhayden, Azari, Thandewi and Rianna Jemmott, Shamar and Shamia Small, Saskia Headley, Sharyah King, Fantasia Persaud and Camari Henry.

Great–Grandmother of many. 

Sister of Velda Forde, Alva, Beverley, Rosita and Ottis Baird, the Rev. Chris Baird and the late Elza Boyce.

The funeral of the late Jocelyn Noreen Jemmott leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Monday, December 13^th at 8:00 a.m. for St. James Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Sunset Crest, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Graveside Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 10:00 a.m. Live streaming can be viewed via the link https://watch.earlsfuneralhome.com/JocelynJemmott 

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Monday.
