Ivan Dacosta Springer, affectionately known as Ivan Hoss of Heywoods Estates, St. Peter, formerly of Butler’s Avenue and Whitehall, St. Michael entered peacefully into rest at age 76. Retired employee of Hilton Hotel Barbados.
Husband of Norma Springer (Retired Principal)
Son of Pearl Springer Odle.
Brother of Gloria Okosi (UK), Euderson and Margaret Springer.
Uncle of Ore, Francis and Felicia of the UK.
Cousin of the Springer family of Whitehall, Cave Hill and Jackson and the Worrell family of Cave Hill.
Brother-in-law of Kathy Springer, Patricia and Junior Rowe.
Friend of many.
The funeral of the late Ivan Dacosta Springer leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, July 16th, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. for St. Peter’s Parish Church, Church Street, Speightstown, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 10:00 a.m.
The funeral will then proceed to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Cemetery Lane, Little Battaley’s, St. Peter for the interment.
The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect on the memories of Ivan Springer from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
