Gloria Benn, also known as “Veronica” of Clarke’s Gap, Corbin’s Road, Ashton Hall, St. Peter entered peacefully into rest at age 67 on October 19th, 2024.

Employee of The PAWI Headquarters and former employee of CDS and Homar Rentals.

Daughter of the late Lisle and Isaline Griffith.

Mother of Haldon Benn.

Sister of Abram, Heather, Giles and Pearson Bend, Angela Taylor, Esma, Davison Griffith, Maureen Griffith-Hope, Colyn, Carl Austin, Rev. Edwin Bullen and the late Jacqueline Bend.

Niece of Morrison Cox, Oliver, Frederick and Coral.

Aunt of Pedro, Kito, Damien, Tamika, Tara, Thea, Anne Marie, Abrianne, Dana, Lashida, Shanice, Melanie, Kaleb, Artiste, Delisa and the late Kimesha.

Great- Aunt of many.

Cousin of many.

Special friend of Phyllis and Victor Stuart, Judy, Joan, Noel, Michael, Kay, Kwame and Shontelle, Friends 4 Life group, Carl, Pastors and members of Christ Is The Answer Family Church and other friends too numerous to mention.

The funeral of the late Gloria Benn leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy on Saturday November 9th, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. for the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 10:00 a.m.

The body will repose for viewing at Christ Is The Answer Family Church, Little Battaleys, St. Pere where relatives and friends can reflect on the memories of Gloria Benn from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.
