I have fond memories of Gilley, as I recall moments of intimate conversations relating his life journey, his goal setting, which led ultimately to his undeniable success. Moments of his early years growing up in Indian Ground as neighbours and watching him show leadership to his siblings and taught by example. I shall cherish these memories and will miss these conversations which we had each time I returned home to visit. To my cousins who have lost a big brother, Annette who lost her husband and his children and grandchildren I pray you continue his legacy as you mark your own path toward your future. I pray you gain strength from each other and keep his memory alive always in your hearts. My condolences to you all, may he rest in peace .
