Mr. Griffith to Pops to Frank,

My sincere condolences to Mrs. Griffith, Tracy-Ann and Kid.

I have been truly blessed to have had this amazing person and now an angel in my life for the past 30 some odd years. Meeting the Griffiths through Tracy-Ann when I was 14 years old, in those days I always felt welcomed into their home. They knew some of the trying times I went through and never passed judgment on me or my family. Instead, acts of kindness were bestowed onto me. Pops always encouraged me and always reminded me to never give up. Growing up he always gave me sound advice pertaining to all aspects of my life. I will forever cherish our coffee chats and phone calls. He was not only my friend’s father he was a father figure that I held in the highest regards, who then turned into a lifelong mentor. Rest in eternal peace.

Matthew 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Frank and I met at Cable and Wireless Barbados. In 2003. We became friends and stayed in touch. Frank was such a genuine, humble, caring, thoughtful, compassionate, empathetic person.

My sympathy to Frank’s family and friends. May we all seek comfort in the beautiful memories we all have of him.

May Frank rest in peace and rise in glory.

It has taken me a while to get my thoughts together to pay tribute to such a wonderful and caring human being. To his immediate family, thank you for sharing Frank with me. Frank became the father figure in my life. He was always there for me and would often enquire how I was doing or how my day was/or is going.

Frank made an indelible impression in my life. Always one to offer advice or suggestions to make an improvement in life, work or any other aspect of life. All the important events in my life you were there to help me celebrate, lend support and also be wise counsel.

It was indeed a pleasure working with you during our time at Cable and Wireless. At times you instill more confidence in me than I had in myself. For that I am externally grateful.

Frank you are already missed. May you soar with the angels on high. Until we meet again,. rest in peace my friend.
