Evelyn Ernesta Hinds, of Checker Hall, St. Lucy and formally of  # 4 Lothaim Road, South London , N41 EL, entered peacefully into rest on May 24th, 2023 at age 95.

Daughter of the late Christiana Hinds of Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy and Allan Jackman of Pinelands, St. Michael.

Aunt of Juliet Charles nee Griffith, Rhonda David and the late Alicia Boyce.

Great-Aunt of Hazel Cumberbatch, Hadia Pilgrim, Shon Best, Tyrone Griffith, Samantha Cole, Lawrence and Dwayne Charles, Lisa and Sherri-ann David and Nicole Drakes.

Great- Great -Aunt of 22.

Cousin of Alex Ifill, Steven Boyce and Joy Hinds.

Relative of the Hall family.

Friend of Colvin and Axsil Carrington, the Babbs Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and Lloyd Bishop.

The funeral of the late Evelyn Ernesta Hinds leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Friday, June 9th, 2023 at 12: 00 p.m. for the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Babbs, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 2:00 p.m.

The funeral will then proceed to New Haven Lawns of Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens for the interment.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
