Editha Armena Jordan nee Cox, affectionately known as “Ditha or Dit” of Mile & A Quarter, St. Peter entered peacefully into rest at age 87.  Member of All Saints’ Anglican Church and an avid cricket fan.

Wife of Daryll Jordan (Retired Principal, Daryll Jordan Secondary School). 

Daughter of the late Clarence and Eilene Cox.

Mother of Valerie Cox, Daryll Ricardo and Kathy-Ann Jordan.

Grandmother of Shonette Turney and Shailah Headley. 

Great Grandmother of Shaniah Graham, Nathaneal and Nanad Turney.  

Sister of the late Sylvia Cox, Eudene Ashby (U.K.) and Ronald Cox (U.S.A).

Aunt of Barbara, Richard, Kay, Stephen, Sherman & Sharon Cox.

Great Aunt of Brianna, Caitlyn, Alyssa and Kendra Cox, Austin Cox-Chester and Jenene Marshall.

Cousin of Marcus and Carl Sobers, Ricardo, David, Terrence and Patricia Cox, Hal Edwards, Clarence Ferguson, Marion Hoyte, the late Dudley Hoyte and several others.

Sister-in-law of Joyce Lovell and Ena Jordan (U.S.A.), the late Vincent, Jacqueline and June Harvey Jordan, Arthur Ashby and Esme Cox.

The funeral of the late Editha Armena Jordan nee Cox leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Saturday, March 13th at 8:00 a.m. for All Saints’ Anglican Church, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Graveside Service of Thanksgiving and the internment at 9:30 a.m.

Relatives and friends can visit in the chapel of Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy to reflect the memories of Editha Armena Jordan nee Cox from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Floral tributes may be sent to Earl’s Funeral Home no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday

All COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
