Charles Christopher Jones, also known as “Son” of Whitehall Tenantry Road St. Michael, formerly of St. Simons, St. Andrew and the UK. entered peacefully into rest at age 89.  

Husband of Muriel Jones.

Former husband of the late Vernice Jones.

Son of the late Dorothea and Hamilton Jones.

Father of David Jones (UK) and the late Michael and Mark Jones.

Grandfather of  Mark Kenny-Jones, Liam and Jason Jones (all of the UK).

Brother of Gwendoline Jones and the late Ianthe, Seymour and Clarence Jones.

Uncle of Susan, Fola, Junior (all of the UK), Fernando, Michael, Alvin and five others.

Cousin of Neville Maycock (USA), Harold Maycock and many others.

Father-in-law of Seigi Jones.

Son-in-law of Kathleen Cox.

Brother-in-law of Gloria Jones.

In law and stepfather of the Smith, Martin, Belle, Best and Ellis familes.

Relative of the Fenty, Maycock, Springer and Jones families.

Friend of many in Barbados and the UK.

The funeral of the late Charles Christopher Jones leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. for Holy Innocents Anglican Church, Welchman Hall, St. Thomas where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving and the interment at 3:00 p.m.

The organist is kindly asked to attend.

Relatives and friends can visit in the Welchman Hall New Testament Church, 1st Ave. Welchman Hall, St. Thomas to reflect the memories of Charles Christopher Jones from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
