It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of 

Barry Anderson Vanroy Hope, of Peterborough Ontario Canada, formerly of Rose Hill, St. Peter,  entered peacefully into rest on the 2nd April 2022 at age 47. 

Common-Law Husband of Tammy Miller.  

Son of Vinson Broomes and the late Esther Hope. 

Father of Malik Cumberbatch-Hope, Aaliyah Moore, Khalila Hope and Hayley Fox (Canada) 

Brother of  Sonja, Sharon, Charmaine and Crystal Hope, Duane, Tanisha and Jason. 

Nephew of Mona, David, Arthur, Marcia and Michael Hope, Glenda Bend, Delores Broomes, Serita Collymore and many others. 

Uncle of Alexander, Alexis, Aleah, Alexiah, Alexio, Crisady, Chrisjay, Jaliyah, Shakem, Shamal, Shamer, Damarco and Dameliah. 

Cousin of Julian, Gregory, Norman, Laura and Angie Hope, Edridge and Rodney Bend, Anthony Broomes and many others. 

Brother-in-law of Lisa Haynes. 

Relative of the Hope, Broomes, Scantlebury, Hinds, Springer, Moore, Bends and Inniss families.  

Friend of many too numerous to mention. 

The funeral of the late Barry Anderson Vanroy Hope leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy, on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. for Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Graveside Service of Thanksgiving at 2:00 p.m.
